Health:  Not only are our products organic, gluten-free, vegan, and contain only healthy ingredients, but unlike most other gluten-free products, ours contain a carefully balanced selection of whole grains and other healthful flours which are gradually converted into blood sugar by the body.  This insures stable energy after eating and prevents the typical "energy crash" one often experiences after eating pizza or other products made with refined flours and refined starches such as corn starch, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch and potato starch. Due to the high fiber, high protein, gluten free and quality of ingredients, the consumer is left feeling nourished and satisfied, not guilty, bloated, inflamed, or lethargic. The rich color of our products are an indicator of the phytonutrient value they contain; this is not found in the white gluten-free pizza crust and wraps in the current market. Taste and Pliability: Our products are not sweet, however they don't taste as if they need any sugar.  They have a very pleasant but light flavor, so the flavor profile does not compete with the topping ingredients you choose to use.  Our wrap has a wonderful pliability, especially unique for gluten-free products, so making a delicious wrap is now easier and more fun, without the frustration of a ripped wrap..and who wants that?!
